Big thinking, bold writing 

As one of our Senior Copywriters, you’ll set the tone for everything we do and every client you work for. Those clients include the British Army, Royal Mail, EE, Amazon Web Services, Accenture and many more. You’ll get to know everything about them as you help them create the bold, brave and beautiful work they need to win hearts, minds and a few awards along the way too. 

Let’s talk about the job 

Ok, so what will you be doing? We’re a pretty balanced team where every copywriter does a bit of everything. You’ll build global brands from the ground up, develop show-stopping campaign concepts and write copy that moves people for films, websites, assets and whatever else you think will get the job done. We tend to mix up the partnerships to keep it fresh, so you’ll be working with Art Directors across the team as well as having days where you go it alone. 

We’re a collaborative team who always try to make life easier for each other where we can and as a senior you’ll support other creatives as and when they need it via coaching, advice and occasionally overseeing their work. The role and the work you do is yours to shape though. You’ll ultimately take responsibility for some of our biggest clients, lead on pitches that blow people’s minds and play a real role in shaping the creative output for the agency. 

Let’s talk about you

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running so you’ll likely have been a jobbing copywriter for at least 4-5 years. A lot of the work is conceptual so you should be comfortable throwing ideas around for any and all types of briefs with any and all types of partners. We all do a lot of writing, so you’ll need to be a savant of sentence structure, have a demon eye for detail and be a master at making every word matter. 

You’ll also need to be comfortable explaining, presenting and (regrettably) defending your ideas to colleagues and clients with a bit of passion and pizzazz. Employer Branding experience is preferred but not essential, if you’ve got a great portfolio and reckon you can translate it into what we do, then we definitely want to hear from you.
