Objectives

To Support Paid Search Manager and Client Service / Social Media teams in delivering Paid Media quotes, campaigns and reports, across all channels, and for all clients, without error.

Responsibilities

Independent day-to-day management of all aspects of BAU PPC campaign management:

  • Gain thorough understanding of clients business, brand, products/services, markets and key employee groups.
  • Create bespoke PPC proposals for Client Service teams across all Search and Social channels
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional advertising products and cost appropriately
  • Reinforce “best practice” approach to PPC
  • Support the Social Team with PPC advertising on Twitter, Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Support campaign builds within specified time frames, providing clear updates to Client Service teams throughout
  • Monitor campaign budgets and ad spend
  • Produce accurate monthly campaign reports with detailed analysis and recommendations
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by clients/Client Service teams
  • Maintain and update knowledge on advertising options across biddable media
  • Prepare and lead meetings that relate to specific Paid Media projects.
  • Support the Client Service teams to manage and grow ThirtyThree’s PPC offering
  • Achieving the trust and positive relationships with client portfolio
  • Attend client meetings as and when required
  • Share learnings across the business in a concise and straightforward manner
  • Grow strong relationships across all agency functions
  • Support and cover for other team members as required
  • Work closely with the Creative and Development team when required

With some guidance or supervision as needed: 

  • Optimise campaigns regularly with a view to improve results, beyond expectations where possible
  • Assist with day-to-day management of accounts, administration, billing and budget reconciliation
  • Ensure all cost proposals are commercially viable, analysing the margin and revenue generated by individual projects. 
  • Support the Group Client Directors in preparation of new business presentations, content, research, development of creative outputs. 
  • Preparation and support for pitch presentations, drafting and delivering content to support new business activity, where required.  
  • Invoice management – ensuring billing is undertaken in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage, in conjunction with the Paid Search Manager issue resolution, where required

Supporting the Paid Search Manager in more complex project delivery: 

  • Work with appropriate third party suppliers, ensuring cost effective and reliable providers are recommended to support project activity 
  • Reporting regularly on progress/potential issues to assist in the overall project and client management. 
  • Assist in/work closely with the Group Client Directors / HoD on new business pitches, supporting and, where appropriate, advising on approach/solutions and preparing presentations for delivery to clients and potential clients.  Supporting the teams with the presentation where appropriate would be a longer-term requirement.

Demonstrable skills

  • Good working knowledge of biddable media systems across search and social platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Familiarity with SA360 would be desirable
  • Proficient Excel user
  • Google AdWords certification/Bing accreditation (held or working towards)
  • Entry-level understanding of SEO
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Methodical approach to campaign optimisation
  • Personable and effective communicator
  • Confident to work on own or as part of a team
  • Clear understanding / appreciation of client requirements
  • Taking responsibility for ownership of all project elements
  • Relationship building – gaining the trust and confidence of client contacts and key project stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
  • Able to carry out routine tasks with good attention to detail
  • Able to plan and organise familiar and new requests from both external and internal clients, prioritising workload and working well under pressure
  • Managing multiple projects/workloads
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Managing budgets
