If that’s a hard “Yes”, we should talk. 33RED Films is looking for someone like you to work on major brands like Mercedes, Lidl, Wagamama, the Army, Royal Mail, EE, McDonald’s, Huawei and many more. Our list of clients is as shiny as our trophy cabinet.
As Motion Graphics Designer you’ll be reporting to our Film Director and working closely with our Producers and Art Directors on a wide range of projects from vector-based corporate animated shorts to more complex character animations for commercials. What’s more, we’ll also look to you to create and animate logos, titles, enhance footage and do basic clean up and beauty finishes on our live-action projects. This is a fast-paced environment, so a keen attention to detail and great communication skills are going to be your two main tools for ensuring creative projects are delivered to brief and on time.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Our perfect Motion Graphics Designer should be proficient in:
- After Effects
- Graphic Design
- 3D Design
- Color Theory
- History of Art
Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Cinema4D or Nuke is a big plus but what we’re really looking for is someone who can bridge the gap between working in a creative agency environment and a film production company. To be successful in this role you need to be a great communicator, have an agile workflow, heaps of energy and be able to take interpret a brief and take ownership of creative projects. And if you’ve got what it takes, we’ll give you the training and development opportunities to develop those skills in DaVinci Resolve, Cinema4D and Nuke, which we would like to have in-house.
