We need to grow our brilliant and hardworking Bristol Client Service team and that’s where you come in. 

How you can help us

We’re looking for a meticulous Client Coordinator to provide administrative support and help deliver the important work we do on one of our biggest clients.  Working with our Client Executives and wider client services team, the day-to-day work could include: 

  • Recruitment advertising - creating and uploading print ads and appointment details.
  • Media planning and booking or developing marketing collateral and proof reading.
  • Looking after your clients directly, on the phone or by email and dazzling them with excellent service and efficiency. 
  • Keeping all account admin up to date. 
  • Being a hive of information, understanding client’s business, their challenges and offering advice and recommendations where you see fit.  

More about you

No experience is needed for this role, as this is an entry level position but 6 months experience working in an office environment would be very useful. We're all about equal opportunities for everyone. So you could come from any background, but if you’re already working within a creative, digital or employer brand agency this would be a bonus! There will be routine tasks to complete, but you’ll have a keen eye for detail so nothing will get past you. Every day can hand you new challenges, whether that’s negotiating with the media or working to tight deadlines - you’ll be adept at responding to written and oral communication in the way most suitable for the situation. You’ll be working with key decision makers, so you’ll need sound reasoning skills and top-notch negotiation skills. Organisation is a necessity, as is the ability to work from your own initiative and multi task in a fast paced environment.
