Our job is to help them with just about everything they need, from campaigns, websites and films to social and experiential. You name it, we probably do it. Now, we’re looking for a brilliant Bid Writer to join us to help us get even more great projects in the bag.

To be perfectly honest, you couldn’t have come along at a better time. Newly crowned as ‘Agency of the Year’ at the RADs (aka our industry’s Oscars) ambitious growth plans and better resourcing means there’s exciting change on the horizon. Starting with going after more of the kind of impressive, sexy brands we can’t wait to work with. Sitting in our revamped New Business function, we’ll look to you to help us target those new leads. Producing beautifully crafted, bespoke responses that’ll blow every super-senior contact away.

How? Well, part of the role will involve pulling together all the vital information for a decent RFP – our foot in the door, so to speak. You’ll also have the really interesting task of masterminding our tender documents – and round here, that’s a big deal. This is a hugely collaborative process, crossing departments and connecting people from all over our agency. Posed with pressing questions, you’ll unearth answers that will capture the imaginations of our creative team and inspire potential clients. Basically, making it impossible to not hire us.

This is a job for a confident writer, maybe looking for an opportunity to get a bit creative from time to time. With you around, responses won’t just leap off the page. They’ll backflip, land and do a little dance. You’ll be an obsessive proofreader, not letting a single comma or typo go unnoticed. You’ll also be highly adaptable, with the ability to chameleon your style to fit brands ranging from hugely corporate to consumer favourites. These are time-sensitive tasks, so project management will come into play. But above all, you’ll be keen to collaborate. You’ll enjoy working across the agency – even happily chasing people until you get all the info you need.
