This is a chance to join our industry-leading Brand & Insight Team, based in London (though currently working from home). We work with all kinds of clients to help them make better business decisions through insight, research and creative thinking. By understanding their business, their culture, their people, their key competitors, and their target audiences, we create employment value propositions, we develop and help embed values, behaviours, vision and purpose, as well as define and help deliver better employee experiences. In a line, we help companies communicate why they’re a great employer and help them deliver on this.
As an Associate Consultant, you would work with our team of six Consultants and Senior Consultants, assisting in the delivery of projects – building surveys, supporting in interviews and helping run focus groups to understand client problems and explore solutions. You’ll also conduct desk research and help write proposals for existing clients and new business opportunities. This will enable you to develop into a full consultancy role to devise strategy and content supporting long-term culture and transformation projects for our clients.

Our consultants come from a range of disciplines and backgrounds, but what they have in common is curiosity, an analytical brain, an eye for detail and the ability to distil large amounts of information and data into a compelling story. We are a full-service agency specialising in all things relating to the world of work, so, while you don’t need a recruitment or research background, you’ll need to show us an interest in engaging with the issues around employment and organisations, communication and marketing.
