In theory, our job is quite straightforward.

We're just here to help other organisations engage with their employees. And persuade the people they'd like to recruit to come and work with them too.

In practice, however, that can be a complex challenge, which calls for a mix of research, planning, creative and technical abilities. Not to mention an expert knowledge of everything from digital media and employer branding to graduate marketing and internal communications.
