Sometimes, a company’s hiring criteria can be boiled down to a simple message. With the intention of showcasing the overall Starbucks experience, our new careers website was designed to reflect the atmosphere in its stores and give visitors a much better idea what it’s like to work there.
The site itself is rich in content, imagery and video, and boasts a whole host of interactive features. It promotes the culture of the company in a personal and engaging way and highlights both the passion of Starbucks partners for the product they sell and the commitment they have to the communities in which they work.
